Cellular phones and electronic devices are forbidden to use in massage room

Please make advance reservation by contacting our spa receptionist who will be able to guide you to the right choice , and to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to complete a spa consultation form and give you sufficient time to relax . This will help you to get into the mood .
Please be advised that the late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

If you are pregnant , you may wish to avoid any aromatherapy treatments that involve the use of essential oils; massages or stimulating treatments are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy.
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or other medical complications, we advise that you consult your doctor before signing up for any Spa services. Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions.

We regret that The management and Staff has no responsability for the loss of money or valuables of any kind bought into the Spa premises.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within Al Sultanah Spa Beirut are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to or after any spa treatment

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us 5 (five) hours notice if you wish to cancel or change any treatment. For any multiple or last cancellation without any notice, we regret that our receptionist won ‘t give you again any appointment.
